Yup, I ran 19 miles on Saturday getting ready for the Chicago Marathon next month.

Yup, I busted my ass I fell.

What’s the saying … “It’s not how hard you fall, but how fast you get back up.”

  1. Uhm, that was some fall!

  2. Yowch!! You ok?? Be careful later/tomorrow. When I stumbled (almost fell) I pulled something and didn’t notice until I tightened up. Hugs!

  3. I fell on a 20 miler last year that I was running on a Wednesday morning before work (yes, I started at like 3:45 a.m.). I still have the scar (about the size of a quarter, on my knee), one year later! Oh well, it’s a good story to tell … and you have yours on video!

  4. I can’t watch vids at work, but it sounds like you picked yourself back up and got it done! Good for you!!!
