Fitness Life Reviews — 17 October 2012

When my daughter had a swim meet earlier this week it was great to see her SwimAtlanta team all rocking pink caps for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Milan in her pink.

Fortunately, more and more companies are raising awareness and making donations to help fight this awful disease. Here are 5 fitness products and brands benefiting Breast Cancer Awareness.

New Balance
The Lace Up for the Cure Collection will make a $500,000 minimum donation to Susan G. Komen.

Breeze Comfort
They’re offering a special promotion for the month of October where 50% of proceeds will be donated to Cedars-Sinai Women’s Cancer Program when shoppers use a special code (BCCARES).

Under Armour
The Power in Pink Collection will make a $500,000 minimum donation to various breast care centers and charities.

Jelly Belly Sports Beans
They’ve partnered with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation by donating 5% of all Fruit Punch Sport Beans Sales – up to $40,000.

Nathan
They’re donating a portion of all proceeds from the sale of special Nathan pink ribbon products to a breast cancer-related organization.
