I’m back from Miami. I ran, rocked and RELAXED.

Let’s see how long that can last. Ahem.

Seriously, Miami was WONDERFUL! It was just the quick getaway I needed to slow down and recharge; and … to add half marathon number 7 to my growing list of races.

Showing off my new bling after the Rock n Roll Latin Music Miami Half Marathon.

I’ll make sure to do a full recap of the race soon but let me just say this was definitely one of my FAVORITES of the year. The whole experience was AWESOME! The beach, the Pitbull concert, the expo on the sand, Pitbull, the music, the views of the water, Pitbull, the iced towels at the finish; and did I mention Pitbull?

I had no idea I was a Pitbull fan until I rocked out at the nearly hour-long concert he gave on the beach right after the race. Definitely a GREAT way to end a fun run.

This was also a great way to unwind. How could I not relax looking at this?

Like I said, I’ll share more details and pictures later, but I think you can tell I had an AMAZING time. Now, it’s back to reality and getting ready for the holidays. It’s also a family holiday today – my FAVORITE (and only) sister’s birthday. We’re celebrating with lunch this afternoon and a family dinner tonight.

Me and my sister, Nicole, have been chillin’ hard since we were little …

… and we’re still going strong!

Now, I’m off to do some catching up. Have a great day and make sure to do something special to take care of you!
