Somebody slap me. No, really. I know I said I was going to splurge this holiday weekend but I swear I talked about doing it in moderation.

While it was fun, my stomach is completely over it and it’s craving some good healthy clean eating. Here are three steps I’m taking to get myself back on track after this long, indulgent holiday weekend.
Drinking Lots of WATER. And, I mean LOTS! Water is so important for our bodies to function properly and it make such a difference in how we feel. Staying hydrated is key to staying healthy. Water is my new best friend.
RESTOCKING My Fridge. Bye-bye junk. As soon as I finish this post I’m headed to the grocery store to fill up my kitchen with healthy foods. I’m craving blueberries, spinach salad and salmon. YUM!
Get MOVING! I already hit the tennis courts today and it felt great to sweat. Jumping right back into my exercise routine helps me regain my momentum and start to burn off those extra calories I stumbled into this past weekend.
Anyone else over do it this weekend? I’d love to know how you stay on track …

I still haven’t quite figured out moderation. No matter how good my intentions, one tasty treat and it is all downhill! UGH so frustrating.
