Fitness Food Weight loss — 08 October 2012

Most runners know that carbs are necessary for fuel – especially for those long distances – but there’s lots of confusion about eating carbs when it comes to working out and weight loss.

The fabulous trainer who has been helping me get fit, Pamela Molinari – the owner and head trainer at Atlanta Fitness Diva, sat with me at my last training session to clear up the confusion on eating carbs.
