Fitness Weight loss — 27 September 2012

Adding strength training back into my regular routine has made so many positive changes for me. Not only is it making me stronger physically and mentally, but it’s also helping my running, my weight loss and my confidence.

Staying with it is important. Consistency really is key. I’m fortunate to be working with such a wonderful trainer. Pamela KNOWS her craft – and is so much fun, too. When you find something good you want to share it so I’ve asked her to give a few simple tips about consistency …

  1. I struggle with consistency on strength training…but as you said, it makes such a difference!
