Fashion Friday: Channeling Your Inner Wonder Woman

May 25, 2012

Fitness, Life, Reviews, Running

This week’s Fashion Friday is for those bad-ass ladies who channel their inner Wonder Woman daily – handling home, husband, work, the kids, and whatever life throws at them daily.

Converse All Star Lo Wonder Woman Athletic Shoe – Wonder Woman, $59.99 Not that I would really run in them, but they’re so damn cute!

One should definitely rock chrome nails with their Wonder Woman kicks. I’m not sure if it’s the one in this picture but I found a bottle of Stargazer Nail Varnish, $6.59

While we’re at it a blue or red Team Sparkle Skirt would be the bomb diggity. $25

Shouts out to Christie and Leticia for the shoe and nail find via Pinterest. It’s great having friends who think like you.

Now, I off to use my super powers … if I could only remember where I parked my invisible jet.

Winks & Smiles,

Disclosure: This is not a sponsored post nor a review as I have not personally tried these products.

Loved the tip on the shoes! Purchased myself a pair ASAP. They are on back order until July but that’s okay… can’t wait til they get home! :-)

  3. Clothing Test Drive | Beauty Still Remains - September 6, 2012

[...] I have a hot pink sports bra from Target that has always been one of my run day favorites due to its coverage. Plus, if I get too hot (since I tend to procrastinate in the mornings/snooze too many times) I don’t mind running without a shirt on since it looks like a tank top (minus the part that covers your belly). Since Saturday was a long run day, I decided to wear this bra since I planned on wearing it during my race. Everything seemed fine until I got in the shower and my shoulder started to burn. Check this bad boy out: Of course, it is right where clothing rubs it all day long. I will probably just end up wearing the same outfit that I wore for last month’s half since I had no problems. That is, unless my mom and I can figure out how to make a knock-off of this Team Sparkle skirt: source [...]
