I’ve been wanting to try Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crusts for awhile now and finally did. I’m an Udi’s Gluten Free Living Community Leader and I’ve seen so much good buzz on the site about all the fun things you can make with the pizza crusts so I decided to give it a whirl.

My creation was Homemade BBQ Grilled Chicken Pizza and it was easy as pie. Bad pun intended.

I chopped up fresh garlic, red onion, peppers, smoked Gouda cheese and some chicken I had on the grill for dinner the night before.

I spread a little olive oil on the crusts then smeared them with BBQ sauce.

I piled everything on and popped it in the oven at 375 degrees.

About 8 minutes later I was loving my homemade creation.

The pizza crusts were really good – they tasted like a flat bread to me. The only things missing was something green. Next time, yes there will be a next time, I’m going to add some fresh spinach or broccoli to make it complete.

Winks & Smiles,

Disclosure: I’m compensated for my role as an Udi’s Gluten Free Living Community Leader.  As always, my thoughts and opinions are all my own.
