Yup, you read the title of this post correctly.
I went for my second workout at Atlanta Fitness Diva today (I’m loving it and will share more details about that later) and we took my before measurements and numbers.
What’s ironic is when I was sharing some of my weight history on Monday I told Pamela that I’ve been overweight but never obese.
Let me go ahead and share the lovely numbers …
As I said in the video I’m not big on numbers or labels but this is a big reminder about how important it is to include strength training in my fitness routine. I’d love to hear your thoughts and to know how many of you lovely ladies hit the weight room …
