A recipe that only has four ingredients that you don’t have to cook was made for me! Ahem.
All you need is dates, almonds, sea salt, vanilla, some plastic wrap and a food processor or a blender. You can head over to the Tone It Up! post for the complete recipe but I will tell you this … it only took me 15 minutes to make – tops.

Today’s workout: Tennis. I took a much needed hour long tennis lesson with my family.
