Running Weight loss — 15 September 2011

Sometimes you’ve got to call yourself out to get where you want to go.

Say what?

Here, let me explain …

Three days of clean eating and I can already feel a big difference in my energy level. I’m going to need it; I’m doing my last long run before the Chicago Marathon this weekend. 21 miles – gasp! Let’s hope I can stay on my feet

  1. This is so intriguing! I don’t know if I could do the hardcore-ness of the Clean Eating, but you are definitely inspiring to start looking for more vegetarian friendly recipes- I am just not a big meat eater- minus a drive thru chicken nugget, and we all know that is the worst thing for us!

    • Hmm, is that really chicken? LOL! Just kidding. Sort of. ;) You’d be surprised what you can do if you try. It’s definitely a challenge but I feel SO GOOD when I do it. Smiles!

  2. SO SOON! And that means my marathon is one week later. I need to clean things up over here…

    • Girl, yes! It’s coming FAST! You seem like you’re a clean eater anyway. I bet it’s a piece of cake for you – no pun intended! Gasp!

  3. You can do it! :) I find inspiration in your words and determination. Making a plan is what I’ve been aiming for with food, why not throw in exercise too! I like it. Thanks for the inspiration.

  4. Thanks you for the kind words! They’re inspiring to me! I appreciate you – smiles!
