Fitness Food Weight loss — 13 August 2012

I mentioned earlier today in my upcoming race schedule post that I’m starting a new fitness challenge. Fun! I promise to post details about my challenge and some current stats soon, but in the meantime I want to share what I’m doing regarding food. What, when, where, why and how I eat are all critical to me ever reaching my ideal fitness level and discovering my abs.

I’m making a huge effort to keep track of what I eat. I’ve never been consist about writing it down so I figure I’d try something new … a photo food journal.

Today’s Eats …

I’m striving to eat mostly clean, healthy, natural foods. I’m an 80/20 gal so I will allow myself some treat days, but hopefully sharing some of my food choices will keep me motivated and maybe inspire someone else, too.
