Running — 15 October 2012

I’m looking forward to running a Zooma Women’s Race Series run again. I had such a blast doing the Zooma Atlanta Half Marathon last spring and jumped at the chance to be an ambassador for the new Zooma Florida run in Ameila Island on January 19, 2013.

In preparation for the race, all the ambassadors are holding in person or virtual training kick off runs during the weekend of October 27-28. Fun! While my schedule won’t allow me to host an in person run that week I will happily be running that weekend and hope that you’ll join me. It’s easy – all you have to do is run. You can do any length either day that weekend. The Zooma folks will randomly award virtual participants with prizes if you post about the run on your blog OR post pictures on the Zooma Facebook Page.

My post race pic after Zooma Atlanta.

Please let me know if you join the fun so I can cheer you on – and share pics, too!

Oh, and if you’re planning to run the Zooma Florida Half Marathon & 5K make sure to register with my $10 off discount code – FLAMB10.

Looking forward to running with you …

  1. I’m so excited about this run. I injured myself, twice this year and have been working on my recovery training. I am running my 7th half marathon in November as a training run for endurance and in preparation for the Zooma Run in January. I can’t wait. Both me and my BFF or sole sister, will be in attendance. We are both signed up and ready to go. See you on Facebook with my virtual running schedule.
