Can you say, TAPER?

I love it.

And, I hate it.

I love that I don’t have to get up at an un-Godly hour in the morning to run ridiculous amounts of miles, but I hate that I’m not running ridiculous amounts of miles because it just doesn’t seem right.

I’ve done this before. I know it works. Trust the taper. But its hard.

Oh, and I gained weight the last time – gasp!
