Three Things Thursday …

This Morning’s Run. I got a late start this morning, storms had me up in the middle of the night messing with my beauty sleep, but I managed to get in three miles before the heat.

I took this pic before my run. Still looks a little suspect, right?

Got it done, though. And, feeling pretty good.

Yesterday’s Double. Wednesday was a double workout for me. I logged in 3 miles in the morning then made friends with my ab wheel. I hate love that thing. Ahem. In the evening I had tennis practice and spent an hour + running around the court.

It really shouldn’t be so HOT at 9 p.m. at night. Gasp!

My Kid’s Workout. My children cleaned out my son’s room yesterday. When we they were done we had 3 bins to giveaway and 5 bags of trash. I also found out my son has skills with the vacuum.

No, I didn’t force those creatures them under the bed, they dove in completely under their own free will. It’s sad that it took two of them to get all of the crap stuff out that was jammed under his bed, but that’s a whole other story.

Happy Thursday …

  1. I’m impressed with your running after a night of playing tennis! This heat and humidity is ridiculous.

I cannot wait to put my kids to work on cleaning out their junk! Did your kids fight you?

  2. I shouldn’t admit it… but I have gone under my son’s bed before and wondered if I’d ever make it out.

  3. This is weird. I just scheduled a post for Saturday with a picture that looks almost exactly like your cloudy sky picture. Great minds think alike. Can your kids come over and clean MY kid’s rooms?
