I’m excited about my photo food journal and really think it’s going to help me stay on track. I’m thinking more about making good choices and not mindlessly eating – that’s a GREAT thing. Husband likes the idea, too, and asked if I plan on taking pictures of cookies when they find their way into my mouth. Gasp! Um, yes. If I can show off the fruit and veggies; I can be real about my love for dark chocolate and, yes, cookies. It’s all about moderation. Ahem.

That spinach & kale ravioli sounds awesome. I’ve been eating fresh spinach 5 times a week now for about a month, and I swear it’s making my face so much brighter and younger looking. I kid you not.

Oh, the spinach & kale ravioli is the bomb-diggity! Seriously. Nothing beats fresh though. I’m sure the spinach is healthy for your skin – but you already look bright and young!
