Food — 18 January 2012

At the top of the month I shared that food is one of my 5 F’s and something that I’ll be focusing on a lot this year as it directly affects my health, running and fitness. I’m happily exploring different types of lifestyles including clean eating, vegan-ism and vegetarianism (I don’t want to label myself as I haven’t committed to giving up any certain food, but right now if I had to I’d call myself a liberal pescatarian *ahem*) so I was thrilled when the good folks at Udi’s Gluten Free Living Community invited me to join their team of Community Leaders.

Udi’s is the #1 gluten free baked goods brand in the United States and has the largest social media communities out of all of their direct competitors combined. The Udi’s Gluten Free Living Community has a wealth of information and is a great resource for people with Celiac disease, people with gluten intolerance and people who are interested in discovering more about the gluten free lifestyle – like me!

There are recipes, blogs, live chats, discussions and lots of interactive support. I posted my first discussion today about beginning the gluten free lifestyle and suggestions on where to start. I’m including it below and invite you to visit the Udi’s Gluten Free Living Community and join the discussion.

Winks & Smiles,

Disclosure: I’m being compensated for my role as an Udi’s Gluten Free Living Community Leader; as always my thoughts and opinions are all my own.
