Family Food Reviews — 12 March 2012

One of the perks of being an Udi’s Gluten Free Living Community Leader is that I often get goodie boxes in the mail filled with tasty treats to try. One of the problems is my family often plows through the food before I get a chance to – gasp! Even though we’re not gluten free Udi’s is pretty popular around these parts. Ahem.

Since my family dove into my latest package so quickly I decided to grab one of them to give me their thoughts. Here’s Milan’s quick review of Udi’s Blueberry Oat Muffin Tops. She’s so shy. Right.

1 muffin top has 140 calories; 45 calories from fat.  They’re gluten free, soy free, dairy free and nut free. While I’m looking to get rid of the muffin top around my waist I probably will refrain from eating too many of them right now, but I think they’re a perfect treat!

Winks & Smiles,

Disclosure: I received a complimentary box of muffin tops and I’m being compensated for my role as community leader by Udi’s; as always my thoughts are all my own.
