I had a fun, busy weekend filled with good food choices and not-so-good food choices. I put the last three days in one photo collage to wrap up everything up neatly. There are a few missing pics – I had some really good bruschetta at Maggiano’s; and I’m sure I had more than one Clif Bar this weekend, but most of it, including the not-so-good choices, are there.
Weekend Eats:
Apple with a half almond butter sandwich
Cherry Chobani
Chocolate chip Clif Bar
Brown fried rice with Gardein, onions, garlic, and broccoli
Almonds
Edy’s Lime Fruit Bars
A half almond butter sandwich
Pasta salad, fruit and spinach spaghetti pie (at my tennis match)
4 Tagalong Girl Scout Cookies
Calamari and Maggiano’s Salad
Spaghetti & Meatballs and Bow-tie pasta
Old fashion popcorn – made at home
Chocolate chip brownie Lara Bar
Apple, Blueberry Chobani and a half almond butter sandwich
Chips & Salsa
Buffalo Hummus and Pita Bread
Angry Buffalo Shrimp and Sweet Potato Fries
Brown fried rice with Gardein, onions, garlic, and broccoli
Kettle chips
Did I mention there were a few drinks over the course of the weekend that accompanied the food? GASP! And no, I did not eat the entire bowls of chips, popcorn, hummus, etc. I just had the large pictures and not individual plate shots.
While I splurged a little more than planned this weekend, I’m excited for what this week brings. I worked out at Atlanta Fitness Diva today and made some plans with Pamela, the owner and head fitness diva, to get me back in that bikini for the Reggae Half Marathon in Jamaica. No, I won’t run the race in a bikini, but I plan on putting in the work so I can rock it the rest of the trip.
