Running Weight loss — 01 October 2011

I normally wouldn’t put these two together – weight loss and wine – but being the open minded person that I am I feel like its my responsibility to at least explore if there’s even a remote possibility for them to mesh. Ahem.

And, Dr. Oz told me (and millions of other viewers) that it would help me lose belly fat. For real. Since I’m on a mission to discover my abs I figured I should listen … and come up with a plan. Want to hear it?

Coincidentally, I wrote a post today – Run, Wine & Dine at Disney – over at TravelingMom.com.

Today’s Workout
Rest. 6-8 miles in the morning. One week until the Chicago Marathon.

  1. a doctor I work with wrote a book about 15 years ago where she recommended the same thing. She scolded me because my glass a day looked more like 8 oz as opposed to 4-6 oz daily. but I am on board with her and Dr Oz.
    Good Luck!
