“Let’s add a little more weight, it’s going to be HARD, but it will be worth it.”
That’s what Pamela told me with a sweet smile as I made myself comfortable on the leg press this morning.
She was right of course. Even though I won’t walk straight for two days, I know it’s going to make me stronger.
This sign helped me get through it today. Seriously!
