Fitness Weight loss — 11 September 2012

“Let’s add a little more weight, it’s going to be HARD, but it will be worth it.”

Gasp!

That’s what Pamela told me with a sweet smile as I made myself comfortable on the leg press this morning.

She was right of course. Even though I won’t walk straight for two days, I know it’s going to make me stronger.

This sign helped me get through it today. Seriously!

I shared my thoughts in a quick video after wobbling walking out of today’s session …
