I stayed the same this week -176. I’m not surprised since I was sick and missed several workouts. I did get a great 8 miles on Saturday but I only had one strength training session. I’m happy that I’m feeling better and that I maintained. I’m looking forward to working hard this week – lots of fun runs and strength training – and clean eats, too!
I clocked in 4 miles with my new Black Girls Run weekly Wednesday group; and did abs when I got home!
