Fitness Running Weight loss — 03 October 2012
I stayed the same this week -176. I’m not surprised since I was sick and missed several workouts. I did get a great 8 miles on Saturday but I only had one strength training session. I’m happy that I’m feeling better and that I maintained. I’m looking forward to working hard this week – lots of fun runs and strength training – and clean eats, too!
Today’s Workout
I clocked in 4 miles with my new Black Girls Run weekly Wednesday group; and did abs when I got home!

It’s great that you have a running group! Weigh-In 134 (up 1) But on a high note, I have a new PR on my half (2:11) and I actually placed 2nd out of 14 in my age div. (50-59) . I’m still doing the happy dance! Next up, the Disney Marathon woo hoo…
