Fitness Food Running Weight loss — 26 September 2012

I’m up a half of a pound from last week – 176.

While it’s not fun to see the scale move higher it’s just a normal part of the journey. If you know you’re putting in the work you can’t let the numbers discourage you. Stay the course and be proud of all your effort.

I feel great and can SEE the positive changes. I’ve had AWESOME workouts this past week at Atlanta Fitness Diva and plan to step up my running, strength training and food plans.

I’m super motivated right now. It’s amazing how a little bit of progress can really build momentum.

Today’s Workout
I’m resting today. I feel like a cold is trying to catch me so I’m staying two steps ahead!

  1. That is just water weight! No worries, next week you’ll be down 2 pounds!

  2. I am stuck at my heaviest weight ever. Maybe it is water weight or muscle (I hope, I hope, I hope)!

  3. Well this is inspirational:) I have come down with some kind of bug and don’t know what it is and this is when you have to hold on listen to your body tell you what it can and can’t do. Then pick yourself up when your better and get back at it! At least that’s what I’m telling myself as I sit here sick with some kind of strange bug!

  4. Thanks for being real and honest! You look great! You are inspiring to us 40 something’s trying to keep it tight and right!

  5. You still look great! Nice to meet you #GSMM

  6. Stay with it , you can do it! Weigh-In 132.6 ( down .4) NH Half Marathon Sat. (my PR race last year) Hubby says it’ s all for fun but you know I have to go for it …
