Fitness Running Weight loss — 12 September 2012

Yup, one more pound has been banished from my body. Yay!

I realize that the scale won’t share big numbers every week, in fact sometimes it might stay the same or slip back a pound or two. Gasp! That’s all part of the journey so I’m going to celebrate every single one. As long as I continue to work hard, eat right and stay positive I’m destined to get to my goal.

Today’s Workout

A quick three-miler to start off my day. Back to Atlanta Fitness Diva in the morning. Hopefully, my legs will be working again by then.
