I’m down 1.5 pounds from last week. Yay! While it can be fun to see big numbers pop up on the scale I actually prefer to see a small and steady decline. I could do lots of tricks to make the weight fall of quick, but most of the time it finds it’s way back. My plan is to lose 1-2 pounds per week then I’m more likely to keep it off. I’ve got 10 weeks until I head to Jamaica for the Reggae Marathon and Half Marathon and I’m right on track to meet my goal.
