Running Weight loss — 13 February 2013

This is me after a long, HILLY, but good 21 mile run this past Saturday. Did I mention it was hilly? Ahem.

I felt great on Saturday which gives me confidence for a strong 26.2 miles at the Napa Valley Marathon in a few weeks. I’ve got 12 miles on tap for this weekend and six the following week. Thank goodness it’s taper time!
